Q. I need a specialized price quote or I am ready to order...how do I get started?
A. Email or call our sales staff (Contact link located on the left of the page). Once you are satisfied with the price quote you are given, we will need to get the master disk (or image) from you. Our sales staff can provide you with an FTP link to allow the image and artwork to be sent directly to us through the internet. If you would prefer to mail the master disk, you are welcome to do that, too. Our technicians will create an image file from your master disk and duplicate this image onto as many disks as you need. Our photo-quality printing equipment prints your approved artwork directly onto each disk and the entire order is shipped back to you through the method of your choice. **Payment will be required after final artwork has been approved**

Q. What makes your company different than the other ones I've seen online or in the yellow pages?
A.

1. We offer unbeatable small-run service including 50-run minimums, same-day service, Express 2-business-day service and 1-week basic service.
2. Our prices. The prices you get with our basic service (including the 50-run orders) are comparable to the mega-orders from other vendors. We don't push away the "smaller customer" we encourage you!
3. Quality. We only use the best quality media, never the cheaper alternatives. Cheap media alwalys costs more in the end for both the vendor (us) and the customer (you).
   

Q. How is the artwork applied to the media...do you use those white labels that I could use from my personal printer at home?
A. Great question...absolutely not! We have state-of-the-art equipment that prints directly onto the media. Our product has a water resistant, high-gloss finish that produces photo quality prints. Text and images alike always come out crisp and clear.

Q. Do you offer graphic design services?
A. We do not create custom artwork. Our technicians will gladly place and arrange text and pictures that you provide and will email samples to you for your approval prior to production.

Q. What packaging options do you offer?
A. Included in standard pricing, we offer Tyvek Sleeves, Spindle Packaging, clear Clam Shell Cases or Jewel Cases (slim-line & multiple-disk cases available). Standard DVD cases (similar to those used by DVD videos) are available for an additional cost, but we do not provide the printing service for the inserts. In an effort to keep costs at a minimum, we do not offer any printing or graphic design services for full-retail packaging.

Q. How fast can I get my order and what delivery options are available?
A. Our standardized pricing includes a maximum 1-week turn-around (plus shipping time). MOST orders are shipped within 2 business days. If you need gauranteed faster service, we do offer same-day service (whenever possible). For our local customers, this can include courier pickup and drop-off to your home or office. We also offer Express Service which guarantees a 2-business-day turnaround (plus shipping time). Delivery options include local courier service, UPS, FedEx & USPS.
